This course will help you to discover the why behind the practical, hands-on therapeutic methods that we use and teach at The RADish Ranch.
This course will increase your knowledge and skills in therapeutic work with children with reactive attachment disorder (RAD), developmental trauma disorder (DTD), and other trauma and attachment related disorders and issues.
Deepen your understanding of early life trauma, attachment disorders, effects of common co-occurring diagnoses, early psychological and emotional development, therapeutic care methods, trauma-responsive behaviour interventions, therapeutic language, and much more.
Who should attend: This course is geared toward parents, caregivers, teachers, child care workers, respite providers, Camp Attach volunteers and families, and professionals who are familiar with therapeutic techniques and who are looking to increase their understanding of trauma, attachment, and trauma-responsive therapeutic care (TRTC). *
Where: Live on Zoom to reach attendees from all across Canada, the U.S., and anywhere in the world.
